Standard & Express
Through our partnership with International Courier Services and Freight Forwarders, Yardblox now offers shipping to 50 countries across the world!
We currently offer both Standard and Express shipping for our customers. The Standard shipping option is set as the default selection during checkout. Standard shipping delivery timeframes and rates will be displayed on the checkout page. If you're interested in an expedited delivery due to time constraints, we recommend contacting our customer service team directly to discuss Express shipping availability and fees. We are happy to work with customers to ensure their orders are delivered within their expected timelines. Orders will be processed on the same day or the next working day. Processing times are based on each product and the stock status.
For in-stock items: 3 business days
Re-ordered items: 7 business days
Bulk order items: Dependant on each order.
Please note that orders placed during high season, sales period or national holidays may take an additional 1 - 2 business days to process. If your order is time sensitive, please email info@yardblox.com and we will do our best to rush it through. Your order will be shipped after payment confirmation*, and you will receive an email with tracking information.

The approximate transit times can be calculated by adding "Processing Days" + "Shipping Days".
Currently we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & Minor Outlying Islands, British & EU Overseas Territories, PO Boxes, Private Bags, APO/ FPO/DPO addresses, and military bases. If Yardblox cannot ship to the customer's requested address by any chance, we will contact the customer via email at once.
*If the payment is not confirmed or if there is non-compliance with the general terms and conditions, Yardblox reserves the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it in whole or part, even after automatic confirmation.

* Standard Delivery Incoterm: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
** Express Delivery Incoterm: DAP (Custom duty will be charged upon arrival)
*** The major difference between DDP and DAP is that under DDP, import customs clearance is undertaken by Yardblox whereas under DAP rules, the import customs clearance at destination country is under the liability of the recipient.

Fashion Fabrics - Standard Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package, the delivery address, and the shipping service method. To get a quote for shipping, please add the products you would like to ship to the shopping cart and enter your full address. The cart will calculate the shipping rate based on the volume of the products you've chosen and the distance to where the package is going. Please note that changing the delivery country may have an impact on prices due to transportation costs are different.
An additional Delivery Area Surcharge may be applied to your package shipments based on the zip code/address on your order which is designated as Remote by International Courier Services. In this case, we will contact you via email for the additional fee before dispatching.

1. If you're interested in an Express delivery due to time constraints. We will provide Express shipping availability and fees separately.
2.If you couldn't see any shipping options at the checkout page. We will quote the shipping to your location accordingly.
3. If you are a frequent fabric buyer and anticipate having numerous large orders, we can discuss the best possible shipping arrangements.
Designer Fabrics & Swatch Orders - Standard Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping for all Designer Fabrics and Swatch Orders, this means that the shipping fee is fixed and not deteremined by the weight of the package. Standard Flat Rate is only applicable for Designer Fabricsand Swatch Orders and cannot be used for any orders with Fashion Fabrics. Flat Rate Shipping is only available for products that comes directly from the Yardblox warehouse, meaning that we only charge customers the domestic leg of the shipping.
Taxes & Duty
Swatch Order: Not subject to taxes & duties.
Fabric Order: Taxes & Duties are not included in our shipping rates.
For fabric ordes taxes and duties be imposed by the country of entry. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. International shipments are subject to duties and taxes that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
The recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties and will be contacted by the courier service to arrange payments with them.
Also, in some circumstances, the recipient may still be required to provide more information to the customs office and the courier service provider. Yardblox is not liable for any losses caused by delayed responses, and the recipient is responsible for responding them within the specified time to ensure a smooth delivery.

Swatches & Fabric Orders
At Yardblox, we always put our customers’ best interest first! We know that international delivery cost could be a potential concern for our customers, so our mission is to find the best shipping combination for you. Our standard method of packing and shipping your fabric is to fold* your fabric into a small package, much like you would a blanket. After passing our quality assurance inspection, your order will be carefully packed into an eco-friendly biodegradable mailer or a paper carton depending on the size and weight of the order for a much more cost-saving solution. Alternatively, if you wish to ship your fabric order in fabric roll, an additional cost will be applied. Please contact us for more information.
* By folding and shipping our fabrics, this may result in the fabric arriving with creases or wrinkles. We want to assure you that this is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the fabric. Any minor creases or wrinkles are temporary and can be easily resolved to restore the fabric's desired appearance by simply pressing or steaming the fabric.
While we make every effort to fill orders in as few cuts as possible, sometimes a single cut is not possible due to the international shipping size limits for packaging and availability in stock. If you need continuous cuts of certain amount of yards, please send an email to info@yardblox.com as soon as you place your order.
We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes or via multiple carriers due to:
- The order size - Large orders often are split into multiple boxes for more efficient delivery.
- The item's size - Some items required special handling and packaging and thus a separate box.
- The item's source - Some items will come to you directly from our supplier.
Please note, once dispatched, the courier is responsible for delivery. Yardblox is NOT responsible for any failure or delay in the delivery process. Additionally, Yardblox is NOT accountable for weather-related or pandemic restrictions delays.
Lost & Stolen
If your order has been marked as delivered, and you cannot find the package, please contact the carrier asap. All items purchased from Yardblox are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Unattended Shipments
If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman. Undeliverable packages may be subject to a re-delivery fee. You are responsible for immediately responding to calls and emails from the courier service and Yardblox. If the shipment is unattended by the receiver, the parcel will be discarded. In other words, the parcel will not be sent back to Yardblox and will be wasted.
Refused Shipments
We do not handle refused shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Yardblox, the parcel will be discarded. In other words, the parcel will not be sent back to Yardblox and will be wasted.
